Concert Band  consists of students who have achieved a strong level of proficiency on a band instrument. Concert band will allow for student instrumentalists to become exposed to a variety of music through concert band, jazz band, pep band, solos, and  ensembles.

Jazz Band is a group of students who are in band or just interested in this type of music.  The music style is just as the name indicates--jazzier than concert band.  It is more relaxed than the regular concert band.  Practices are scheduled outside of the school day.

Concert Choir  is a mixed ensemble open to all interested students in grades 9 through 12.

Concert Choir's goal is to expose students to qualify choral music from a variety of genres while focusing on the essentials of good singing/vocal health. The choir gives several concerts each year, performs at school and community events and in MSHSL section large group and solo/ensemble competitions.

Members of the Concert Choir are encouraged to audition for SWING CHOIR (a select mixed group of 12-16 voices), the SPARKLETONES (a girls ensemble) or STRICKLY BIDNESS (a guys ensemble). These groups perform selections from a Pop/Broadway/Jazz repertoire.  Choreography and costuming are often included.
