Physical Education for 7th grade boys and girls
The seventh grade physical education course will stress fundamentals and participating team activities such as soccer, flag football, volleyball, basketball, softball, and various other activities.  Individual activities also included are fundamentals of dance, rolle bolle, floor hockey, aerobics, golf, tennis, and bowling.  Emphasis is placed on physical fitness, calisthenics, attitude, enjoyment of individual and group activities as well as learning the skills of the games.

Physical Education for 8th grade boys and girls
Activities will be the same as for the seventh grade, only on a more advanced level. 

Physical Education for 9th grade boys and girls
A course continuation from physical education will be a review of skills previously learned and new skills, rules, and strategies will be developed further according to the student's ability and improvement.  Units will include fall, winter, and spring sports as listed.

Physical Education for 10th grade boys and girls
This course is designed to give students an advanced understanding of rules and regulations and advanced skills of competitive sports and recreational activities.  Advanced skills will be stressed in each activity.  Physical fitness will be stressed through the activities that have been listed along with daily exercises and calisthenics.  Emphasis will be placed on life-time sports including volleyball, basketball, tennis, golf, soccer, dance, pickle ball, floor hockey, weight training, bowling, and softball.
