I grew up in Morton, MN and attended high school at Cedar Mountain in Morgan, MN. I attended Winona State University and graduated with a special education degree in 2009. I began my teaching carrer at Cedar Mountain Elementary School and since then have been teaching here in Minneota. I obtained my master's degree in Special Education through Saint Mary's University in December 2018.
Currently, I case manage 10th - 12th grade students. I am also team teaching language arts with Mrs. Noyes.
I am married to my husband, Tyler. We have two children, Aiden and Cole. Aiden turned 3 in July and we welcomed Cole to our family in May. We enjoy watching them grow. We also have a dog, Rosie. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, reading, and being outside.
