Want to play college sports? Follow the NCAA guidelines to make sure you are eligible.

The NCAA Center will evaluate a student's academic credentials once the following information has been received and the student has had their status requested by an NCAA member institution:

1. Complete the Online Registration (Here is a helpful checklist)

2. Send ACT score from ACT (NCAA Eligibility Center code is 9999). This needs the official report - not the unofficial from School Counselor

3. Fill out the Transcript Request Form and notify the School Counselor to upload the high school transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center
