Welcome to Minneota Elementary! 

Minneota Elementary is a school that has a family-like feel and an innovative approach to education. Over the past two years, the teaching staff did an unbelievable job with distance learning and educating students in ways no one thought we could. Our team hits the refresh button every year! 

Our mantra within the school is to act with Honor, show Respect, and meet the teachers' High Expectations. Our staff reviews and models these traits every day as they are the pillars of our Viking Valor. The students have come to know them by heart; they are our staple and guide. Our Viking Clans (made up of grades K-6) meet regularly to practice being stewards of service throughout the year. 

The teachers who work with your child(ren) go the extra mile daily. I have worked in many districts throughout my career, and this group of staff is exceptional! They work tirelessly to connect with students and their families to ensure they receive an exemplary education. Our daily goal is to connect personally with every child while providing lessons that interest and engage ALL students.
